About the service
JevForAgents is an independent technical database and directory showcasing AI agent architectures and decision patterns. The primary paid product is a verified sponsor placement on the sponsor leaderboard. Editorial builds and developer guides analyze workflows running alongside mainstream foundation models (such as OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet, and Google Gemini). All submissions and directory listings are moderated under our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Sponsor pricing and ranking
A sponsor payment is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The suggested bid is US$25, and you may enter a different amount from US$1 to US$10,000 before checkout. The exact charge, currency conversion if relevant, and applicable taxes are shown by Waffo Pancake before you authorize payment. Verified production payments rank by bid amount, highest first. Equal bids rank by the earlier confirmed payment. A later higher bid can move your placement down, so no purchase guarantees a permanent rank or a number of visits or sales. Publication and content moderation
We validate submitted URLs and metadata automatically before checkout using automated security filters (powered by the OpenAI Moderation API and URL safety checks). Confirmed placements are published automatically and monitored under our multi-tiered moderation protocol. We continuously audit published listings and investigate all community reports. Placements found to violate our standards will be promptly removed or restricted in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Refunds and disputes
If we decline your placement or cannot deliver it, contact us with your order details to request a full refund. If a payment was duplicated or charged in error, contact us promptly so we can investigate and arrange a refund where appropriate. For other refund requests, email l1137622803@gmail.com with the purchase email, product URL, and reason. Refunds are processed through Waffo Pancake. Any rights that applicable law gives you remain in force.
Acceptable use and content standards
You are responsible for having the legal right to submit the product URL, title, and description. You agree to strictly abide by our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which prohibits content or links promoting:
- Pornographic, adult, or other sexually explicit material (NSFW).
- Graphic violence, gore, or encouragement of physical harm.
- Hate speech, harassment, or targeted discrimination.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of minor exploitation (Zero-Tolerance).
- Non-consensual deepfakes, unauthorized digital likenesses, or fraudulent impersonation.
- Infringement of copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
- Malware, phishing sites, deceptive claims, or security circumvention tools.
We operate an active content moderation process combining automated safety screening and expedited human review. Breach of terms, suspension, and termination
If you breach these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to take any of the following enforcement actions immediately and without prior notice:
- Content Removal & Delisting: Immediately remove, redact, or delist your sponsored listing, product URL, or submitted metadata from the public directory.
- Service Suspension & Ban: Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your ability to submit listings or purchase sponsor placements.
- Forfeiture of Fees: If a listing is removed due to a material violation (including submitting malware, phishing, fraudulent claims, adult content, CSAM, or willful IP infringement), no refund will be issued, and any paid placement fees are forfeited.
- Indemnification & Legal Recourse: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JevForAgents and its operator from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your submitted content, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable laws. We reserve the right to report unlawful activities to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
1. "As is" and "as available" disclaimer
The website, directory, guides, sponsor placements, and all related content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and accuracy of editorial or third-party content.
We do not warrant that the website will operate uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that external links and referenced models or demos will remain available or functional.
2. AI content and third-party resources disclaimer
Editorial articles, architecture diagrams, and build showcases describe third-party tools, independent repositories, and mainstream AI foundation models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). We do not guarantee the performance, uptime, or safety of external models or services. You are solely responsible for testing and verifying any architecture or code before incorporating it into your own systems.
3. Limitation of liability & liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall JevForAgents, its operator, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or operational downtime, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or purchase of a sponsor placement, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Liability Cap: In any event, our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these terms, the website, or any sponsor placement shall be strictly limited to the actual amount you paid to us for the specific sponsor placement giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event, or US$25.00, whichever is greater.
